Self Healing
I’m dedicating this post to Jeff who suffers from tinnitus!
I will tell you how I discovered this mysterious, powerful and very real healing technique, which is available to us all, IF we know about it…and if you also remember – ‘thought affects matter’, which is a scientific fact.
For about a year, I suffered with a painful elbow (no idea what caused it), which is referred to as ‘tennis elbow’. For anyone who has never had this, it is a constant dull ache in the elbow…the ache never leaves you and almost drives you nuts. I tried all sorts of over the counter treatments, but nothing helped. I’d read about healing techniques before and had tried it out on my daughter and friends. I was surprised to find that it worked and how accurate it was.
This healing technique was explained like this; position your hand over a person’s body (about 2 inches from the skin and move it in a slight up and down motion). In areas where there is pain on that person, you can feel heat. It is unbelievable how accurate this is. If that wasn’t incredible enough to discover, when you concentrate on the area where there is pain and heat, and keep your hand in the ‘aura’ (the area just above the skin) the person can often feel a pulling sensation. Stay in this area of pain until you feel the heat go and become cold. The area of pain in the person’s body you are working on will have either reduced considerably, or even have gone completely. The more you work the area of pain, the better the results. It takes patience, but it is worth the effort
To self heal takes a bit more concentration, as meditation is needed.
Meditation itself is a self healing process, but it takes a little patience as the mind does not always want to focus and there is a lot of babble going on. It’s not as hard as it sounds, I found meditating easy, and it’s very relaxing too.
How I got rid of my tennis elbow:
I laid down on my couch and made sure I had no disturbances. I took the phone off the hook beforehand and made sure the dog was settled. I closed my eyes and got all thoughts out of my head. Then I imagined white light (universal light source) pouring from the universe and into the top of my head and travelling through my body. I then sent (through thought) the white light to my elbow and I imagined it swirling around in the area of pain. I then positioned my hand over my elbow and imagined a black mist of negative energy where the pain was. I then moved my hand in a pulling motion, like I was pulling this dark mass out of my elbow….after about 5 minutes of doing this, the pain went! I’ve had some bizarre experiences in my life but when that worked I was stunned…I have never had pain in my elbow since that moment.
Meditating
If you have problems meditating, consider this; anytime you slip into a daydream, that is a form of meditation. Sitting outside with your eyes closed, enjoying the sun and birdsong, is a form of meditation.
Try this; Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths. Once you feel you have all your attention focused on your source of pain, then you can begin to draw in the universal light source.
Important – before meditating:
It is important, when meditating, to ground yourself in protection. We do this so that all the universal light source moving in and out of us – is of the ‘Light’ – from Christ. If this important step is skipped over, you may be vulnerable to interference from sources less than Pure. It’s easy enough to do, just pray for the ‘pure light source’ before meditating.
