Hey there ladies! I would like to announce that the EX-Wives club is now open!

Here are the rules:

Rule #1: The only men allowed in the EX-Wives club are the dancers

Rule #2: There is only one rule... see above

I started this as a sounding board for the recently divorced and not so recently divorced ladies. Here you can let loose with whatever is bothering you or on your mind and know you are with people who understand what you're going thru.

In the wake of mine and a vow not to be bitter.. I recently thanked my ex for giving me the best gift he could have ever gave me. A divorce and a new outlook on myself, and life. I am a better woman without him than with him.

Well my last husband, i have had three...yes three was ok really, we just grew apart and became like brother and sis...HOWEVER!!! my last boyfriend relationship...well, to say a control freak would be understating the little darling ...I can spot them a mile off now!!! He actually wondered and couldn't understand why i left him and came to the South of England to be far away from him. Anyone, who has that 'control' tendancy in their make up, should lose it fast!!! Us women, will never stay with you....let us be who we are...don't change us or even try, it will never work!

Well done EP! We should never be with someone like that. We should have partners that inspire us. Well on second thought he inspired you to move away from him..hmmm.. inspire us in a good way!
BTW... I have been married 3 times too! AHHHHH I said it! lol. I guess we're just 2 peas in a pod love.

That is something, that you too have been married three times...we try don't we hun! We will get it right one day!

I'm quite happy being on my own at the moment, it's less stress!...phew!

We sure do! (try) I really do hope to get it right someday, for now though.. I am happy to be single and spending time with someone I lost touch with...me. Maybe someday I'll giver er' a go again. Today is not that day, tomorrow doesn't look good for it either. lol.

Ok, so I answered an email from my ex, (about his brothers health) and now he seems to think he can just keep emailing me!! Good Lord! I do not want to be friends or anything else for that matter with him! Geez! I'll tell ya, some people have alot of nerve! By the way, I deleted his emails and let him know that I am not interested in conversations with him or any kind of anything! Just needed to come here to vent a bit with 'my girls'
Ok, I'm better now. I would still love to stick his head in a toilet and flush it.. but, better just the same.

LOL, yes, i have had similar thoughts with the flush too

I once had to email my ex (the control freak) due to us finalising a small business we had, so then he thought i wanted him back and he rang me...i was stunned! He said i need to come and see you and bring your furniture you left in the garage. I said, (even though i had spent years buying all my belongings) please give it away, i do not want it back! Then i said i had to go. He was so incredibly shocked that i hadn't said, oh when you coming down?

I felt like saying, 'Quite frankly, I DO NOT want anything which you had touched or sat your butt on!'
