What did you eat today??
I would like to gain a few pounds, I started this thread because I was wondering what everyone eats during the day and how many times.. Plus it would give me ideas for dinner as I've run out of ideas. Thanks!

i just ate once today, it was smoked haddock with new potatoes and petit pois.

Oh I know how to gain weight, its losing that's always been my problem. We all have different body types, etc..... so I won't bore you with that, but make the most of your potion size. In other words a cup of salad has a different caloric value than a cup of ice cream. Get my meaning? Where I would choose baked chicken or fish, you should go with fried.

And we both get heart attacks lol Seriously though i saw a programme once on someone who wanted to gain weight and another who wanted to lose it, the one who was underwieght was eating all the fried stuff and Mcdonalds etc, but not doing it right, she would miss breakfast as she was so busy then have a lunch of chips etc, then eating late at night, but she wasn't having the correct nutrients. You need to make sure that you have veg and fruit in yoour diet too, and try not to skip breakfast. Eat at the same times each day if you can. After i posted what i'd had to eat, i did eat later on, but i cant remember what i had now, it was with lucy. I have about 2 meals a day, and then snack on crisps if im watching tv. At this phase of my life my appetite is not what it once was and I eat twice a day but I do begin my day with a cup of coffee with milk and sugar. Not a nutritious breakfast but it is a lifetime habit, one I do not want to break. LOL
This morning I had a cup of yogurt with the fruit on the bottom, my favorite. ~HeasdMistress~

I read on internet you're supposed to eat 5 small portions a day and when you get to where you're not gaing weight anymore it means you have to eat more. Also another thing is to eat then go to bed!
ok today I had 1. (like Pitch) 2 coffee with milk but with whipped cream 2. ham and swiss sandwich with butter, peanuts, 2 small chocolate cakes 3. lasgana, green salad , beer and another chocolate cake 4. nighttime more beer haha!!

Coffee is a bit sickly for me first thing, i like that when i'm out shopping...nip into a cafe, which i love to do! I don't know but we do have some of them like omega 3 and it's not butter but the margarine but there are some things that are just better with real butter!
