I would like to tell you about what at first appeared to be a typical UFO abduction case, but soon turned out to be something far more sinister.

I just finished watching 'the Fourth Kind' and it is about real life stories of alien abductions. It is the fourth type of visit, like the movie, 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind,' this is 'Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind,' and is told along side of actual footage and audio of actual events. Now, if you are the type, (like my husband) who can not get into a slow moving movie, then this is not for you, you will grow bored and lose interest, (as my husband did) But I was intrigue and fascinated with with it. It is a sad story! And it will make a believer out of you!

Thank you that was interesting i have not seen the movie yet but i will soon i hope lol,, having an interest in UFO's and having been an investigator i do believe there is something in it, just what is the big question? Having interviewed a poor man who had his marriage and life completely recked by many strange UFO encounters i am a believer. His story would make a fascinating film i can assure you but at this time he wants to keep it to himself he is not looking for fame or fortune just wants to get his life back to as normal as possible.

Then you will find this movie very informative as well as offering a sort of proof of something? They had actors portraying the characters/victims and where actual video of a session or event, both an re-enactment is shown in a split screen beside of the real video. You just must condition yourself not to expect a Hollywood type action pack movie, but more of a documentary style for most of the movie.

That's not to say there is no action, there is, it just isn't in Hollywood formate. I bought it off of Amazon for about $15 plus shipping, @ $17. I had never heard of this movie and only found it by accident in my search for movies along this line.

Thank you Pitch the movie sounds intriguing i will try and see it soon. I did watch " Paranormal Activity" the other day, i don't think i have ever been so bored watching a film in my life lol,,, it was awful. With an very annoying character you wanted something horrible to happen to them! If you have not seen it i would not bother or do yourself a favour and just watch the last five mins.

I agree Pitch the forth kind was a good movie, did give me goose bumps though.

While we are talking about films i did see a good DVD i watched it after the Paranormal Activity rubbish lol,, glad someone else agrees! ....It was "Moon" a British film i think came out last year. " A suspenseful poignant, sci-fi indi, a chillingly clever homage to Stanley Kubrick's 2001" they say I really enjoyed this.
