WAS IT AN ANGEL?
About three years after I had a horrible Ouija Board experience this happened to me: (Names anonymous).
I stopped being obsessed with the paranormal and tried to live my life without it. One evening my best friend, Steven brought his daughter’s ex-boyfriend (Mark) over to my house. We all went out for a drink and I thought Mark was really sweet and felt so sorry for him that he had been dumped by Steven’s daughter, Sue. Little was I to realize how wrong I was about him being sweet.
He told me later, back at my house, he was into Wicca. And for some strange reason as I stood in the hall with him, I could hear many whispering voices in my mind, coming from his thoughts, like he was talking in his mind to many horrible sounding entities.
I said to Mark, ‘did you hear that?’ He just looked at me startled as though I wasn’t meant to hear and mumbled, ‘yes.’
I’d just like to say that I have never heard voices before and it wasn’t my imagination.
He then had an odd sort of look on his face. I was freaked out by this and the voices so I decided to go to bed and tell Steven about it in the morning. So I went upstairs to get two quilts and two pillows for them to sleep downstairs.
As I left my bedroom loaded with bedding under both arms, (bear in mind I still have my stiletto heels on) I felt my footing miss the second step and I started to fall forwards from the top of my steep staircase. At the bottom of the stairs were numerous things including a bicycle against the wall and a rigid telephone table with a lamp on it. I knew as I started to take off, I was in trouble and I screamed and passed out as I tried, but failed to grab the banister rail.
The next thing I knew after coming round seconds later, I’m sitting on the second to bottom stair totally unharmed and still holding the bedding under both arms.
Steven and Mark came rushing in. Steven said he’d expected to see me lying dead or badly hurt as he heard me scream. How did I defy gravity like that?
I later found out that Mark had thought Steven and I were having an affair and because he still loved Sue, was totally against me as Sue didn’t care for me much either. Was it dark powers at work here and then an Angel catching me? I don’t know.
I also found out from Steven that one time he visited Mark’s flat and he was making small home made bombs….weird!! Steven stopped seeing Mark as he was sure he was into black majik. He looked like a sweet person but he was very strange. I think I was meant to hear those voices that night as some kind of warning.

It’s inspiring to know we have Angels looking out for us and they are to protect us against forces of evil intent.
It’s a good representation of real life really, their will always be them people with their evil intentions trying to hurt us and make us feel lesser than we are, that is what Mark was doing all for some little slag who didnt like you, proving that love will save you from falling.

I like this story alot and i believe that when evil is around, the angels are on alert.
In the book of Daniel (I believe it is the 10th Chapter) Daniel is praying for an answer and he keeps praying and waiting, in a way he becomes discouraged but still he prays and does his best to believe that God will answer him. Finally an angel appears to him and gives him the answer he has been praying for and Daniel asks the angel why it took so long for God to send him the answer? The angel then told him that the devil or a demon had done its best to delay him and had been fighting with it to keep him from Daniel. He said he could not stay any longer as he had to get back. Michael the Archangel or another angel had come to his rescue and was still fighting with the demon so that this angel could come and deliver the message, now the angel had to get back to relieve the other one as he was needed somewhere else to fight another demon and help another angel. Now that is written in the Bible folks. They must be around us helping us all the time and we don’t even realize it. The same with miracles, we don’t even realize when a miracle happens to us. Think about it…that bad tyre that could have blown on the Interstate and maybe caused us to have an accident and get killed, but it waited until we were pulling into the driveway to go…what about the woman or child who feels threatened by the strange person who keeps hanging around them until they run into a friend unexpectedly and the strange person goes away because now you are with someone you know….Angels and Miracles are out there. That is a great post Robbie, and i definately believe in the arc angel Michael helping us out, as well as other angels.
The Bible holds words of wisdom which every person will some day know the meaning of, whether they find this in this life or the next!
